Das anreihbare Stahlblech-Pultsystem MPC hat die Schutzart IP 55/56. Es enthält drei austauschbare Abschnitte: Pultaufsatz, Pultmittelteil und Pultunterteil. Das System ist sehr flexibel, und mit den verschiedenen möglichen Kombinationen können viele Designanforderungen erfüllt werden. Das ergonomische Design des Pultaufsatzes und der Pulteinheiten ermöglicht die einfache Installation und den Zugang zu HMI-Geräten und erhöht damit den verfügbaren Montageplatz. Als Alternative für Teile des Pults, wenn es chemischen Wirkstoffen o. Ä. ausgesetzt sein sollte, können Edelstahlpaneele verwendet werden.

Im Ober- und Mittelteil werden sie durch mechanische selbsthaltende / -lösende Arretierungen gehalten. Verdeckte Scharniere erlauben eine 90° Öffnung des Mittelteils. | Comment | Stainless steel top section panel (MPPS), and desk unit panel (MPLS) are available as accessories. Console desk and top sections are normally heavily used, due to the installed control components. Therefore, It is recommended to replace the panels on mild steel console, that are exposed to high levels of use, with stainless steel panels. Replacing mild steel sections for stainless steel prolongs the console’s life as they are more resistant to corrosion. This is especially important in industries where the operators are exposed to chemical agents and could easily transfer them onto the console, when operated. Single door consoles have a IP66 protection degree whereas double door consoles have a IP55 protection degree. |
